With the social and economic development, international exchanges and cooperation penetrates in all aspects of society, and continues to strengthen the field of education. The further strengthening in the foreign exchanges and cooperation in the various professions gradually increases the English proficiency requirements. Some documents from Ministry of Education expressly asked the colleges and universities to actively promote the work in professional bilingual teaching, so as to improve the students’ professional English language ability level by teaching Professional courses in English. As a result, English-Chinese bilingual teaching of the discipline began to enter the public view. There are a lot of bilingual education programs in primary schools, secondary schools and universities. To align with the international, in the process of the implementation of the standard on sports and health courses, many schools boldly carry on with bilingual teaching in physical education through developing school-based curriculums, especially in a lot of secondary and Foreign Language Schools, and they had achieved certain results.However, the bottleneck, which hinders bilingual education’s further smooth development in China, is a shortage of qualified bilingual teachers. In order to obtain the views and suggestions related to this topic and theoretically argue the necessity of such research, I consulted a large number of domestic and foreign documents and visited the Bilingual Teaching specialists&Frontline Teachers. This paper made a further understanding about the meaning of the microteaching, including its theoretical basis, basic teaching procedures and the characteristics of students’participations so as to theoretically reason the feasibility that it’s possible to cultivate students’ bilingual teaching skills through the microteaching means. According to the domestic and international advanced decomposition training theory of teaching skills, combined with the school PE reality in China teaching and sports Bilingual Teaching, this paper explored the key skills needed by the Bilingual Teaching of PE. At the Second Annual Conference of Sports bilingual teaching of Physical Education Committee of Higher Education Association, which was held in Lu zhou Medical College, in June2011, I used the questionnaire method to visit the Bilingual Teaching specialists&Frontline Teachers to determine the degrees of various sports bilingual teaching skills and the weight coefficient of the indicators of various sports bilingual teaching skills. Then this paper statistically treated the questionnaire results and determined five available basic sports bilingual teaching skills for physical education students to learn. Starting from the basic principles of the modern science, such as physiology, psychology, cybernetics and systems theory, on the basis of modern audio-visual technology, using modern teaching methods and through microteaching experiment, I divided24students into experimental group and control group, who are in grade09, and majored in Physical Education of Sichuan Normal University, to carry out a three-month sports bilingual teaching skills training experiment. On the one hand, the experimental group used the "2+3" micro training mode,("2" is twice indoor microteaching training, then "3" times outdoor Bilingual Teaching internship), making students’bilingual teaching skills level spiraled improved. On the other hand, the control group only developed Bilingual Teaching skills in microteaching laboratory. At the end of the experiment, I questionnaire and talk with all the students to know their feelings and attitudes on such experiment.Through the three-month teaching experiment, the experimental data obtained by SPSS analysis shows that cultivating Physical Education Majors’bilingual teaching skills through microteaching training means is feasible. The training effect of "2+3" microteaching training model is better than only the indoor microteaching training’s effect. This study preliminary achieved the purpose of cultivating sports bilingual teaching basic skills, and improved students’ bilingual teaching skills. Students’ cognitive level and the level of personality development on sports Bilingual Teaching had been improved. But students’English foundation is not strong. They are short of English professional knowledge and never had contacted with Bilingual Teaching before. The schools have not opened the trunk English language courses of their specialist courses. We need further research and practice to improve students’ Bilingual explaining skills. Research of this subject not only explores the way of college training Physical Education Students’bilingual teaching skills, but also laid a solid foundation for the further study on the sports bilingual teaching in China.
