At present, there is a pair of sharp contradictions of China’s tourism market. On one hand, high quality personnel of tourism enterprises need a large number of high quality, ability, diligent and innovative; on the other hand, a large number of tourism management undergraduate have abandoned their own professional when choosing a career, the phenomenon of job hopping, diverted is very common. The low employment rate of College students majoring in Tourism Management in this industry is always a difficulty in tourism education and industry.Professional practice is an important part of the whole teaching plan, however, the practice did not improve the students’employment rate of hotel management professional, on the contrary, after the practice, the college student s’ interesting in hotel fell significantly, loss the confidence of engaging in hotel and other negative phenomena. How does the internship counter reflect the students’ employment intention who are from hotel management professional? This will be a problem that my paper will focus on and solve.This article mainly research internship influence on hotel management professional students’employment intention. Through the empirical research to understand the student’s internship satisfaction. The results show that:1.There are differences between personal background characteristics on learning satisfaction of work itself, the development of space, interpersonal and leadership level, there is no difference in salary.2.The internship period and personality in personal background characteristics had significant effect on the employment intention in personal background characteristics.3.The practice was significantly related to satisfaction in the salary, the work itself and the development of space and employment intention, student satisfaction in working conditions and the level of leadership and career intention low correlation, and in relationships and career intention not related.
