With the rapid development of modern tourism,tourism enterprises need a large number of high-quality professionals.However,the brain drain is still a common problem faced by tourism industry.Most of the students majoring in tourism management give up tourism and choose to work in other industries.This pair of sharp contradictions is an important issue confronting both tourism and education.As the main reserve force of hotel talents,how to develop and train tourism management students to the greatest extent,and how to keep interns in the hotel after the internship so as to reduce the brain drain,is an urgent need to pay attention to the issue at this stage.The internship period of tourism management specialty is the golden stage of hotel human resources development.In this process,interns' satisfaction with the internship is related to their industry employment intention and future career development.What is the impact of internship satisfaction on employment intention?How to improve students' internship satisfaction and retain professionals for hotels is the focus of this paper.As the main reserve force of hotel talents,how to develop and train tourism management students to the greatest extent,and how to keep interns in the hotel after the internship so as to reduce the brain drain,is an urgent need to pay attention to the issue at this stage.The internship period of tourism management specialty is the golden stage of hotel human resources development.In this process,interns' satisfaction with the internship is related to their industry employment intention and future career development.What is the impact of internship satisfaction on employment intention?How to improve students' internship satisfaction and retain professionals for hotels is the focus of this paper.In this regard,starting from the relationship between students' internship satisfaction and employment intention,this study finds out the key factors affecting internship satisfaction and employment intention,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,in order to solve the problem of a large number of professional brain drain caused by internship satisfaction,and improve the employment rate of tourism management students in this industry.
