Abstract/Summary:
With the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the strategy of reinvigorating through human resource development putting into effect, our country increase the input of vocational education and infrastructure makes great progress. Secondary vocational education is facing an unprecedented situation. The size of school ceaselessly enlarges. Quantity of fixed assets continuously increases. Growth rate of teaching equipments is rapid. But secondary vocational schools don’t manage scientifically and perfectly in the teaching equipments using process, causing low using efficiency, seriously-wasting resources and so on. In the development of secondary vocational schools education, how to strengthen and improve the use of teaching equipments of secondary vocational schools management,to share the resource of teaching equipments, boost the service efficiency of teaching equipments is an important task to be solved.Based on teaching equipments theoretical basis, this thesis analysis the current situation and existed problem which are all about teaching equipments use in secondary vocational schools. It also comes up with solutions-first strengthens daily management, second set up sharing system and scientifically-evaluated management method. Combined with specific case, the result authentic examines the effect caused by the teaching equipments strategy. What is more, it provides theoretical direction and decision basis.There are two contributions in this thesis.Firstly, it combined with the problem which existed in the teaching equipments’usage management, to study the following aspects-strengthening daily management of teaching equipments’ usage, sharing of teaching equipments and evaluation on equipments management. It puts forward a model which is suitable for the teaching-attachments using process of secondary vocational schools. It also offers a more perfect management plan which is about improving the service efficiency of teaching equipments, realizing the sharing of teaching resource and changing the laggard management level of teaching equipments using in secondary vocational schools.Secondly, it’s based on a real and specific case. According to the management plan and the specific case of a secondary vocational school of Guangxi, the result not only authentic examines the effect caused by the teaching equipments strategy, but also puts forward relevant strategies and management advise. Only change the theoretical limitations can the result be more scientific, feasible and put into effect.
