Secondary Vocational Education is part of the vocational education system,and is responsible for cultivating skilled talents for socialist economic construction.It is in a very important position in the entire education system.At present,China's secondary vocational education is undergoing rapid development and continuing reform.Classroom teaching management has become the core of secondary vocational education reform.Classroom is the main place of teaching.Good classroom management ensures the realization of teaching objectives,enhances teacher education and teaching beliefs,and promotes teachers' professional growth.Teachers' classroom teaching philosophy,ability,quality,and effectiveness are important influencing factors of the quality of education and teaching.Incentives are the core of management.Incentive theory is one of the important theories of management psychology.This article applies the content-based incentive theory and process-based incentive theory in motivation theory to classroom teaching management research in secondary vocational schools.It can guide secondary vocational school teachers to produce a new theoretical perspective on classroom teaching management,which is conducive to stimulating students' interest in learning.,improving classroom teaching efficiency,ensuring teaching is carried out in an orderly manner,and ultimately achieving the goal of personnel training.This article studies include six parts: The first chapter introduces the studies' background,research significance,research methods,domestic and foreign research status,research contents and possible innovations of classroom teaching management.The second chapter introduces conceptual definition and theoretical basis.The third chapter introduces questionnaire survey and data collection.Through the pre-test questionnaire to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire by using of SPSS software,and then distribute the questionnaires and survey the status of classroom teaching management in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is the problem and analysis of the reasons.Using excel to summarize the statistical results,combine with the status quo of classroom teaching management in secondary vocational schools,the problems found in classroom teaching environment management,classroom teaching content management,classroom teaching order management,human relationship management in classroom teaching,classroom teaching evaluation management,and analyze the reason of the problem.The fifth part is the optimization strategy.On the basis of the above analysis and study,proposing the optimization strategies for classroom teaching management in secondary vocational schools from five aspects.The sixth part is conclusions and prospects.
