The System of Vocational Education in china has been improved and the teaching model has got constantly innovation.The most important ideal of Modern Vocational Education is student—center.Development of Quality Education leads to the elimination of traditional class management and comes with a New Class Management Model to Promote the Development of Secondary Vocational Education.This new model could improve students' motivation,concern the possibilities of student potential development and provide a stage for the all-round development of students.Students in secondary vocational schools are a special group,education should grasp the characteristics of them,and improve students' motivation,initiative,the sense of collective responsibility.Students should improve their interpersonal skills and team spirit in the class management and activities,it can also help students build up self-confidence and promote the self-development of secondary vocational students.This study is based on the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,which are about class Self-management.This article is to study the situation,problems,influencing factors and solving strategies of class Self-management in secondary vocational department of D vocational college.The main study methods are questionnaire and interview.The author divides class Self-management into four parts to elaborate,which includes class self-learning management,class self-organizing management,class self-system management and class self-activities management.In general,there are some problems in those four parts.Firstly,Lack of motivation,low learning efficiency and low learning management in self--learning management.Secondly,there are also some problems in class self-organizing management,such as lack of effective system for training class cadres,lack of democracy in class management,and lack of correct public opinion guidance in class.Thirdly,there are some deficiencies in class self-system management as casual management,parents rarely manage students with schools,and cohesion is weak.Lastly,there are some deficiencies in self-activities management like students lack enthusiasm,low participation in activities,and incomplete evaluation of students 'activities.The next reasons of above problems are also according to four parts.Affect factors of problems in self-learning management include poor base of knowledge,poor self-control,insufficient knowledge of the profession,lack of goals,etc.Outdated concept of the head teacher's Management philosophy,and a messy job make head teachers have not enough energy to achieve personalized management for students,Lack of cultural construction,and a negative self-sense,etc.The next part is about Optimizing Strategy of Class Self-management.Firstly,the author will study how to improve the students 'self-learning ability.Educate students to learn themselves correctly,enhance students ' self-confidence,vocational planning education,help students set goals and programs,and establish learning incentive mechanisms.Secondly,there are some ways to improve students' self-organizing abilities,strengthen the training of class committee members,build up a good culture,train students 'sense of independent management,establish a reasonable management evaluation and evaluation mechanism,change the concept of dead teachers and learning to improve head teachers' management ability,etc.Thirdly,the passage is about improvement of self-management ability.The author thinks it is necessary to perfect the system of class self-management,to establish a management platform in which families and schools could co-management,lastly,the article is about how to improve class self-activities abilities.The author thinks it is necessary to provide more display platform for students,and to establish scientific and comprehensive evaluation mechanism.The author thinks that we should set up the safeguard mechanism for the class self-management,which include to establish a correct and effective system for selecting and employing head teacher,to ensure the professionalization of the head teacher's team,to set up reasonable evaluation,Optimize the environment of study and work,to strengthen humane care and training,and pay attention to the construction of head teachers' team.It is hoped that the optimization strategy put forward in this paper will have some significance for the development of class self-management.
