Since the advent of class teaching system, the classroom has became the main place for teaching. Inorder to guarantee that the teaching tasks can be completed on time,teachers often need to coordinate therelationship between teachers and students,guide students to learn,optima the classroom atmosphereenvironment and improve the efficiency of classroom management.Teachers’ classroom managementability is the foundation of survival of teaching activities,it is also the guarantee for the smooth of carryingout teaching activities,improving the quality of teaching,and the all-round development of students.In theactual teaching,classroom management is the most headache thing for teachers. Because they spend muchenergy,but the result of management is poor,Especially the junior middle school classroom performance ismore obvious.How to organize effective classroom on the background of new curriculum reform putsforward higher requirements to middle school teachers,Therefore, In order to implement quality educationbetter,accelerate the pace of reform in teaching and improve the quality of teaching, teachers must changethe idea of classroom management,improve classroom management skills to meet the needs of students andpromote the comprehensive development of students.In this study,the writer consulates relevant literatures,does research on classroom management concept,methods and investigates teachers of D Middle School and she also combines the qualitative andquantitative research.She uses the questionnaire,classroom observation and interviews to obtainevidence,compares the results,finds out the problems,investigates its reason and proposes the improvementstrategies in order to provide classroom management experience for teachers, improve the teachingeffect,and also it may provide the basis for education management to improve the management work.This study is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction,It introduces a question,andresearch meanings,the literature review at home and abroad research technique and the definition of relatedconcepts,the difficulties and innovations;The second chapter on-the-spot investigates and analyses thepresent situation of D middle school teachers’ classroom management;The third chapter talks about theproblems on the gap between the management idea and the actual operation for middle school teachers’opinions about classroom management,and that some teachers are lack of classroom management skills,some teachers on student evaluation is not comprehensive,the relationship between teachers andstudents is not equal,classroom management efficiency is low and so on. It deeply analyses the reasons thetraditional ideas are ingrained,education evaluation system is not perfect,the overall quality of teachersneeds to be improved,the teachers are lack of professional management training,for these problems;In thefourth chapter,it proposes the classroom management strategies for improving the ability of middle schoolteachers by changing the idea to enhance the theoretical level,making class specification by teachers andstudents,improving the overall quality of teachers,creating a good classroom management environment andmaking education evaluation mechanism perfect;The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
