Research On Evaluation Of Intrinsic Safety Management Of University Cafeteria

Food safety of university cafeteria has close connection with teachers’ and students’ lives and health directly. To complete management engineering of cafeteria safety, the thesis focuses on the safety engineering of university cafeteria based on the4M theory, Accident causation theory, BP neural network etc, and the main content as follows:(1) Theoretical research on food safety engineering of university cafeteria. By analyzing relevant literature, the writer identifies concept and characters of intrinsic safety of university cafeteria and concludes safety management process and Accident analysis method. All of this lays a good theoretical foundation for further research.(2) Analysis of the influence factors of management engineering of university cafeteria safety. On the basis of4M theory, the writer analyzes features of man-material-environment-management system which influences safety management of university cafeteria. The analysis including character of factors, performance, cause of accidents and safety controls lays a foundation for building the evaluation model.(3) Building the evaluation model of management engineering for university cafeteria safety.
