As the strength training in sports is widely used in various projects, its importance is alsoeach recognized experts in the field of sports. Scientific system of strength training is animportant means of the athlete training result continuous improvement. Teenagers are themain force of national reserve talented person, because of its particularity, the physiologicaland psychological aspects of strength training of adolescent athletes should be targeted.Paper through the literature material law, expert interview and logical analysis,combining with the characteristics of the physical development of teenagers and tae kwon doproject characteristics, respectively from the biggest strength, speed strength and strengthendurance to strength training taekwondo athletes of the youth, youth taekwondo motionstrength training load arrangement, the choice of training methods and means, and arrangetimely return to training. Research mainly draw the following conclusion:(1) young man taekwondo athlete strength training should follow: effective controlprinciple; Principle of the training system; Suitable for load principle; Principle of timelyrecovery.(2) the young man taekwondo athlete strength training characteristics displays in:strength characteristics; Physiological characteristics; Strength training characteristics;Strength training sequence characteristic; Strength training load characteristic; Strengthtraining methods and means.(3) the young man taekwondo athlete strength training respectively from theimplementation of the speed force; The biggest strength; Strength endurance, training theprimary index for: calf muscle power, lumbar muscles and lower limbs explosive power, thewhole body muscle coordination, support legs absolute power, neural mobilization ability ofmuscle, repeat the highest level, repeat this highest level.(4) arranged to eliminate fatigue and excess resume timely rehabilitation training, at theend of the strength training, training for each main muscle groups of the static stretch andmassage, eliminate fatigue of athletes in training; A week before the game to arrange largeload training, make the athlete excess resume strength, and strive for better grades. Can chooselow intensity training load load, increase the load, as far as possible to load strength athletescan bear the limit. According to the tae kwon do competition each for a long time, for thecharacteristics of games every possible choose training methods and means, with intermittent"medium and long run" or "continuous kick target" repeated training.
