This article tries to through the research to analysis using a new kind of teaching method to reform of higher vocational education teaching idea, to cultivate the students is not only the high quality skilled talents, but also have research and innovation thinking ability. For a long time, the teaching theory researchers and educators are trying to look for innovative talent training and education teaching methods to adapt to the development and the demand of the society. The ministry of education "About Comprehensive Several Opinions On Improving The Quality Of Higher Vocational Education Teaching (Teaching Of High [2006] No.16) clearly put forward higher vocational colleges to reform the teaching means and methods, with" Teaching,Learning and Doing ", mainly cultivate the creative ability of students, research-oriented teaching become to carry out the education file spirit measures, carry out the innovation education idea and means of cultivating creative talents and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability the best embodiment.This article main research content is to analyze the research teaching how to apply in the field of higher vocational education. As is known to all, all levels.of education need to cultivate the students’ study spirit, it is not just simply in the undergraduate course colleges and universities to cultivate the students’ innovative thinking, the students in vocational colleges are also need to this exercise process, with their comprehensive thinking ability in the later work process can better finish the work tasks and optimize the workflow, thus improve their work efficiency and promote social development. Training students form found the problem, the ability to analyze, study and solve problems, not only in the process of learning is very important, in the later social and family life is also required.Education in France sociologist Emile Durkheim pointed out:"the success of education depends on teachers, education is not successful, however, also depends on teachers." For the current school teaching condition, some scholars used to send out the voice of discontent:"A lot of teachers have become teacher, only to give students instill doctrine and the knowledge of the death, dead scripted, enlightenment of teaching is not wisdom, but rather stylized knowledge infusion, mechanically memorize conclusion." This kind of teaching method is same to the traditional method, but in not classmates now mood under the background of different times, this is not the best discover and inspire students’ potential, especially in the vocational school students.Due to the vocational school is to cultivate to serve society better and can meet the social demand of skilled talents, so in the contemporary higher vocational education teaching system should be adopted in a can develop students’ innovative ability and can fully mobilize students’ autonomous learning consciousness of teaching methods.This article mainly to discuss how the research-oriented teaching in the higher vocational education. In this article, we study mainly include the following contents:The first part: Introduction of this article selected topic reason, the research significance, literature review at home and abroad, core concepts and research ideas and research design;The second part: The overview of research teaching, including teaching at home and abroad research status, historical trace, the main connotation and its theoretical basis; Research-oriented teaching procedures, evaluation system and how the condition of the implementation of research and analysis;The third part: Introduce the teaching status of higher vocational education, including higher vocational education development history, teaching characteristics and the existing deficiency;The fourth part: The core content of the study. Research in higher vocational colleges how to develop research teaching, respectively from the support of vocational education research teaching strategy, implementation strategies and evaluation strategies are analyzed.
