We use the method of interviews, questionnaires and factor analysis,for preparation of primaryschool teachers’writing teaching strategy questionnaire by455language teachers and100primary schoolstudents. Then we determine the content and dimensions of the primary school teachers’ teaching writingstrategies and prove it’s application and characteristics predictive effect on pupils’ writing performance.Following conclusions of the Study:(1) Primary school teachers’ writing teaching strategies includes emotional motivationalstrategies, practice strategies, imitating Lianbi strategy, essays strategy, and accumulation strategies,including21items. Primary school teachers’ teaching writing strategy questionnaire to reach on keyindicators to measure teaching writing strategies is writing strategiesan effective tool for measuring primaryschool teachers’ teaching writing strategies.(2)7dimensions of Primary Teachers’ Writing Teaching Strategies sorted in descendingfrequency of use is as follows: affective motivational strategies, accumulation strategies, essays strategy,process guidance strategy, imitating Lianbi strategy, policy and practice self-monitoring strategies.(3) About process guidance strategies and self-monitoring strategies, there is significantdifferences in the school location, frequency of use of urban teachers are significantly higher than in ruralareas.About Self-monitoring strategies, qualified teachers to primary school language teachers issignificantly higher than the frequency of user who does not have a Teacher certification. About practicestrategies,there is significant differences in the level of seniority, seniority1-5years and more than5yearsare significantly higher than Less than1year.(4) Primary school teachers’ teaching writing strategies achieve a significant difference in classsizes,40-60and more than60people are significantly higher than Less than40.In the emotionalmotivation strategies,process guidance strategy and imitating Lianbi strategy,40-60and more than60aresignificantly better than Less than40.In terms of the use of self-monitoring strategies, more than60issignificantly better than Less than40. In terms of accumulation strategies, more than60is significantlybetter than40-60and Less than40. (5) There is significantly positively correlated between writing performance and WritingTeaching Strategies, accumulation strategies, essays strategy, process guidance strategy, imitating Lianbistrategy,imitating Lianbi strategy, policy and practice self-monitoring strategies.(6)Writing Teaching Strategies essay have significant predictive effect on pupils’ writingperformance with Explanation rate of37.4%. Among them, process guidance strategy and imitating Lianbistrategy have significant predictive effect on pupils’ writing performance.Draft requires strategy, teachersmodify the policy and moderation policy three sub-strategies in process guidance strategy have significantpredictive effect on pupils’ writing performance.Sentence parodies strategies and methods of writingparodies strategy2sub-strategies three sub-strategies in imitation Lianbi strategy have significantpredictive effect on pupils’ writing performance.
