The thesis mainly adopted these research methods including document analysis method and surveyresearch. The thesis firstly reviewed the feasibility and practical significance of study by literature analysismethod. Followed by survey research, the thesis carried out a questionnaire survey in rural areas primary andsecondary schools in western Henan, then made a detailed and systematic analysis of the survey results byusing SPSS statistical software and EXCEL statistical office software, and finally achieved the preliminaryconclusion. According to the conclusion, the thesis analyzed and discussed the problems of basic educationinformation environment in rural areas in western Henan and had a ecological attribution.In order to solve the problems existing in informatization environment construction in westernrural education, some main work of this research includes the following aspects:Through the analysis of the literature review, the author expounds and demonstrates thesignificance of topic selection and the feasibility of the research. Since the implementation of "School Link"in2001, a lot policy and and series of development programs were established and implemented forpromoting the development of education educational informatization, while the reality is that research ofrural basic education informatization takes over a smaller proportion of the current education informatizationstudy compared with the educational information research’s upward trend overall by the author’s surveyanalysis. It’s the only way to realize the informatization in rural areas can a comprehensive national educationinformation achieved. The author intends to expand the analysis in terms of hardware, software, submarineparts under the perspective of ecology, in order to propose the effective strategies and recommendations forthe development of rural basic education informatization environment construction in western Henan province and provide some valuable reference on basic education in the information environmentin rural areas for other regions.Combs analysis and expounds basic concepts and theoretical basis related the environmentconstruction in basic education informatization. The thesis described the basic definition of educationinformatization and basic education informatization, analyses and summarizes the basic concepts ofenvironment, education informatization environment, ecological environment, education, environment,education, information and other educational information ecological environment construction. Theoreticalfoundation includes basic theory of ecological education, system theory, constructivism learning theory andmodel theory of information technology development. Except that,The thesis made a systematic analysis onthe research content of the rural basic education informatization environment construction by analyzing thenecessity, principles, elements of the construction of basic education in the information environment, then itconstructed a model for the systematic development.Through the analysis of the results of questionnaire survey,the thesis summarizes the mainproblems of the construction of education informatization environment in rutal areas of western Henanprovince by the results of the analysis. Finally, ecological attribution and analysis of the problems were givenfrom the perspective of ecology.Based on t the existing problems in development of information technology of basic educationin rural areas, it has proposed a series of problem-solving strategies: The first aspect is to get rid of therestriction factor, optimize the ecosystem environment. Which includes three aspects:The first is to followthe principles of tolerance and moderation, conduct reasonable information environment construction;overcome the limiting factor, improve infrastructure; obey principles of systems theory and rules of theecological chain, optimize the overall effectiveness of the information environment. The second is to expand information technology niche, strengthen the construction of resources. Which includes two aspects:software environment enhance should be enhanced and to develop digital resources construction; get therural primary and middle school campus network construction into perfection, promote the sharing ofresources. The third is to carry out the construction of people-oriented concept, optimize the latentenvironment construction. Which includes three aspects: people-oriented, Improve key populationinformation literacy and concepts; improve the institutional and mechanisms of education informationtechnology; increase preferential policies and funding in charge of leading departments to support efforts;There is a summary and outlook for such research at the end of the thesis. It describes the researchwork which just has had done, innovation, and the lack of research. Except these, it also has made theprospect for further research.
