Faced with this situation, how to maintain a steady growth in the size of the current premises of the school, the Institute conducts independent promote employment, and constantly enhance the employability of the Independent College to successfully achieve the employment goals has become a major issue of common concern to society as a whole. The current independent college students’ employment goals are clear, the employment outlook is correct, whether the employability training, relevant professional skills are solid, have become a major factor affecting their employment goals achieved.In this paper, the analysis of the employment situation of independent college student’s ability on the basis of the students on how to improve the employability of the problem on the line research. First, the employment situation of China’s current ability of independent college students were analyzed, summarized the advantages of independent college students employability, pointed out the shortcomings of student employability, mainly poor theoretical knowledge, professional skills are not strong; psychological weight, a strong inferiority complex, lack of good self-efficacy; learning autonomy poor, dependent; career vague position, the lack of clear career goals. At the same time, pointed out the reasons for students’ employment and social factors affecting achievement of objectives. Then for the lack of independent college student employability, strengthening internal construction, enhance college career guidance capabilities, a variety of initiatives to enhance the employability of independent college students raised two points strategies to promote multi-faceted employment of college students, and promote independent college graduates to improve employability.
