A.s a result of China’s continually increasing national comprehensive strength, spreading Chinese worldwide as an important cause to reflect national soft strength has flourished in all part of the world. To meet the explosion needs for Chinese language teachers in global market "The International Chinese Teacher Volunteer Program" has developed as the situation. The "CPIK" Program is a new project implement in primary and secondary schools. As a result of no mature mode for this program at present, there are a wide range of issues rising up in the process of practice that need to be studied and resolved.Local Korean Chinese teachers and Chinese volunteer teachers do team-teaching in the class within those South Korea primary and secondary schools under this project. Due to the fact that the teachers are from different countries and they have different training, as well as the gap of teaching experience between each other and so on, there will be some problems and even the conflicts of thoughts in the teaching progress. The subject matter on these issues providing benefited reference for the relevant research and improve this program in the future, as well it benefits the future volunteers in preparation before go to Korea and precede their teaching after arriving Korea. Basically the volunteer projects are only less than a year of the term, if we can reduce the break-in period of volunteer and partner teachers and warning some easy problems in advance, it will increase effectiveness of teaching throughout the whole term.
