Collaborative teaching originated in the United States,is composed of multiple teacher or relevant personnel on a particular target common cooperative teaching mode,in 2002,South Korea applied to Chinese teaching.In recent years,South Korea become one of the largest country in the demand for Chinese volunteer teachers every year,more and more Chinese teachers to South Korea's Chinese language classroom and Chinese teachers to South Korea with different collaborative teaching.Collaborative teaching become main teaching mode and has significance to teaching Chinese.This research bases on 17 months of collaborative teaching and relevant theories,for to middle school volunteer teachers,the class activity before,during and after the stage of implementation of teaching has carried on the questionnaire survey,the understanding of South Korea's high school classroom activity teaching present situation,found that they have these problems,corresponding combination they give advice and enlightenment,like many understand a student before the activity,a clear division of labor,China and South Korea teachers activities increase teachers demonstrations and activities in advance after China and South Korea to China and South Korea collaborative reflection,etc.Then in Suwon girls' high school,for example,combining with the analysis and Suggestions,according to the theory of principles,factors and steps of the analysis of the activities in the activities of the target,content,environment and activity patterns,etc.And analysis of students' learning situation and characteristics,such as the students' personality traits,learning interest and activity form and content,etc,combining with teaching lesson "what can I do for you?" Design the corresponding class activities and implement,and the activity of teaching feedback,reflection,put forward the corresponding teaching Suggestions,such as strengthening the classroom activity theory study,the reasonable allocation of teaching tasks and china-south Korea teacher reflection mechanism,etc.This research bases on practice and shows rationalization proposal.Hope for the future to Korea and other overseas volunteer activities in class teaching to provide a little help.
