The Research Of The Students Moral Education Under The New Policy Of State Funded

With the development of higher education, students from poor families become the high proportion in college students. In recent years, state funding has increased, the rapidly expanding number of students which take the benefit from the new funding policy are shocked in the morality and bring the new challenge to the ideological and political educator. As the ideological and political educators in higher school, As a college ideological and political workers, we have the responsibility and obligation to implement the new funding policy and innovative work methods, updating work ethic at the same time. We should lead the students recognize the deeper meaning of the new policy and raise their individuals quality, finish the goal that qualify the new century college students.This paper interpretates the educational funding policy in historical and literature research method; studying ideological characteristics and problems of the recipients with the comparative analysis, theoretical research methods and survey analysis; analyzing the influences in the ideological and moral of recipients through the theoretical research methods, comparative analysis and data analysis methods.This paper clarify the structure of the development in China’s Higher Education Funding policy, and focuses on the changes and formation in the national education funding policy, especially the basic features of the new policy since2007. The rest of the paper analyzes the positive and negative influences in students’ideological and moral, and the challenges to the educators. The last part of the paper, discusses the strategy how to complete the ideological and moral education form innovating the management ways and means.
