Social responsibility is an external manifestation of psychological tendencies that a social member should assume the responsibility of their own roles and their social attributes, cultivating a social member’s high social responsibility is the requirement of a national social health, stability, harmony and sustainable development.As an important part of high-quality talents, High vocational college students are important forces of the national construction and development of the socialism. However, affected by many factors, such as the wide range of information at social transition period,social trends, the distribution of benefits and other factors, some Vocational College Students appeare to have ethical misconduct, lack of spiritual power, values and other partial lack of negative tendencies of social responsibility, which sparked widespread concern in the community. Students in vocational colleges are representatives of professional, skilled and practical talents, usually service on the front-line in the community. Focusing on knowledge and practical ability in the training scheme, we should cultivate vocational students’ sense of social responsibility as ideological and moral cultivation in higher vocational education and training of practice focus on content, meanwhile students of social responsibility in higher vocational colleges should not only the responsibility of higher vocational colleges, but also society, families and individuals should work together.In this paper, the basic theory of social responsibility of students in vocational colleges Training of view, the need for social responsibility culture in vocational colleges and training institutions to define, pointed foster social responsibility in higher vocational colleges is the necessary requirement of social progress and economic development, is an important part of the family and school education, is an inner demand of students growth and success. In addition, through questionnaires and interviews to field investigation and analysis on higher vocational students’ sense of social responsibility culture in Hefei, the values of mainstream students in Hefei Vocational Colleges positive social widespread concern, the diversity training conclusion and other recognized positive effects. Moreover through the questionnaire and other related facts found out that training objectives are not clear, the culture of social responsibility is not formed together, the ways of social responsibility are not abundant, lack of awareness of students’ self-culture and other issues of social responsibility of students in Hefei Vocational College Students. Finally for this problem, combined with the actual path to cultivate students’ social responsibility Hefei higher vocational colleges to explore, including the establishment of clear long-term training objectives, building security system culture broad participation in various forms to promote innovation and development activities to strengthen students’ self-awareness culture Countermeasures.This paper combines the actual students ’social responsibility Hefei Vocational Training Colleges, putting forward specific content and approaches the students’ social responsibility Vocational Training Colleges, By the way of examples,I hope to attract more attention on students’ vocational institutes Cultivation of Social Responsibility.
