In the process of urbanization, the social integration of migrants and equalization of public services increasingly become the focus of public attention. The economic integration of migrants is the key foundation of social inclusion, in this context, this essay uses the National Population Dynamic data in2010, using analytical methods such as multilevel model, focusing on the floating population by age, gender, education attainment, working experience and the macro factors like minimum wage system, industrial structure, investment in fixed assets, unemployment and so on, the main research conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the micro factors like age, gender, education attainment, and government vocational training for migrants remain a significant impact on their economic integration. Compared to the men, women migrants in the labor market are still in a relatively advantageous position. Compared with the new generation of migrants, the older generation is facing a relatively weak position in economic integration.Secondly, compared with the married group, the unmarried is also facing some difficulties in the process of economic integration. The reason may lies in the lack of social capital and social support. Although migrants with agricultural "hukou" have certain advantages in terms of employment, there is still a gap in their revenue with migrants in non-agricultural "hukou", which shows that there is not only the existence of gender discrimination in urban labor market, but also the "hukou" registration discrimination.Thirdly, the migrants with inter-provincial movement have better economic integration than the counterpart that migrates within one province. This is a result of migration choice that those who can migrate between provinces usually have high educational attainment and the employment will be higher, which is also verified in cross analysis, so they will have better employment and high income. The last, in terms of the macro-level factors, it is difficult for the migrants to get the same socio-economic status with the locals in urban areas; the migrants integrated into the local labor market better with the development of secondary industries; the implementation of the minimum wage system promoted the integration of migrant labor with regard to income and economic improvement to a certain extent, while fixed asset investment and the local unemployment rate had no significant impact on the economic integration of migrants.
