The Research On Fuzhou Selection Kindergarten Management Of Emergency Plans

The complex social factors are increasing under the globalization and informatization. As a part, the environment for kindergarten also became more serious. Meanwhile different kinds of emergencies happened frequently, attracted the attentions of the whole society. Besides, Without proper treatment will inevitably lead to family and school conflicts, social conflicts, affecting the normal teaching order, lead to social unrest. Most of the kindergarten stages of the lack of specialized agencies are organizations to respond to emergencies, and relatively absent in the work of the emergency management plan. Public kindergartens are the backbone of our early childhood education system, occupies a dominant position in early childhood education system. Research-based public kindergartens in Fuzhou, Fuzhou public kindergartens help to understand the current situation in the management of the emergency plan, put forward suggestions for the reference of the kindergarten plan management.This study with kindergarten emergency plan management as the research object, selection of Fuzhou124kindergarten, through the way of questionnaires, understand the status of the kindergarten emergencies, from plans to develop, manage preparation, implementation and management, management of security other aspects of the quo management contingency plans were studied. On the basis of the analysis of the situation of emergency plan management are discussed in this paper, and the crisis awareness, management personnel quality, material and technical support, system construction and specification of aspects and so on, has carried on the reason analysis, finally, this basis focus on how to strengthen the kindergarten corresponding emergency plan management, has some targeted suggestions.The result shows in4parts as below:The first part discusses basic concepts and theories related to emergency preparedness management through literature, including emergencies, emergency plans, the concept of plan management and related theoretical basis.The second part is to get some empirical data, through some questionnaires, surveys the management status of Fuzhou124public kindergartens emergency plans.The third part base on analysis the common problems for pre-arranged plan including:nonstandard emergency planning and management, low quality of plan trainings and practices, weak ability for risk assessment, as well as a lack of work for pre-arranged plan revision.The forth part base on building the according suggestions from the point of view of emergency management for the management of pre-arranged plan:put more efforts for pre-arranged plan’s propaganda, and enhance the awareness of crisis; to strengthen the training and practices of pre-arranged plan, and make pre-arranged plan management as a part of the evaluation system; to improve the scientific level of the pre-arranged plan management; and enhance the ability to respond to emergencies.It is also advised to draw up scientific pre-arranged plans and strengthen their assessment and improvement, to strengthen the supports from emergency supplies and technical supporting.
