Job burnout is a negative emotion in work pressure.Research showed that job burnout most likely to occur in service industry.As a special service,the teacher is the high risk group of job burnout.Subjective well-being will not only affects the working and living conditions,but also affects the individual's physical and mental health as well as quality of life.Therefore,decreasing job burnout of teachers has great significance for improving their subjective well-being.Due to the underdeveloped economy,weak teacher resources and tough teaching conditions in Lai Feng county of En Shi city,the local teachers are more likely to has the emotion of working burnout.In addition,under the influence of gender culture,people who engaged in the rural primary schools mostly are women.So the author of this paper chooses the rural primary school teachers in Lai Feng county of En Shi city as research object.On the basis of referencing domestic and foreign research results related to subjective well-being and job burnout,this paper combines questionnaire and case interview and uses the instruments of subjective well-being and job burnout abulation to launch investigations to 186 female teachers in primary school of rural areas.It is aimed at analyzing those female teachers' subjective well-being and their condition of job burnout as well as discovering the relationship between subjective well-being and job burnout.The main research results are as follows:1.An overview on the female teachers' subjective well-being of elementary schools in the countrysides.(1)As a whole,female teachers' subjective well-being of elementary schools in the countrysides is in the medium level,and with some feeling of happiness in their own words.On the three dimensions of subjective well-being,score from high to low respectively is: life satisfaction,positive affect,negative affect.(2)According to these teachers' statements,there exist dramatic differences in happiness between marital status and job titles.The happiness order in marital status: unmarried female teachers>married female teachers>Divorced female teachers;the happiness order in job title: female teachers without any job title> the second level> the first level>high level;there is no significant difference in age and age of teaching.(3)There exists dramatic discrepancy in marital status of subsidiary life satisfaction dimensions of subjective well-being,and the scores of life satisfaction of married female teachers are evidently higher than that of unmarried female teachers and divorced women teachers.2.An overview on job burnout of women teachers of rural primary schools in ethnic minority areas.(1)Overall,The level of their job burnout is not serious,but in the side of three dimensions of job burnout,the dimension in emotional exhaustion is serious.(2)There has dramatic difference in the total points of job burnout of female teachers in primary school of rural areas.In terms of job title,High level in primary school>the first level in primary school>the second level in primary school> no title.(3)There exist significant difference in age,title and teaching age of subordinate emotional exhaustion dimension of job burnout.The emotional exhaustion of female teachers who are older than 50 and with 16 to 20 years of teaching age in primary school of rural areas is mostly serious.3.The difference of subjective well-being and job burnout between female teachers and men teachers of rural primary school in ethnic minority areas.(1)The scores of female academics on avowed subjective well-being ? life satisfaction and positive affect are significant higher than male academics.On negative affect,male academics' s scores are higher than female academics,but the difference is not significant.(2)The job burnout situation,the scores between female teachers and male teachers are not significant difference,but in the emotional exhaustion and personalized dimensions are significant difference.the scores of female academics on avowed emotional exhaustion are significant higher than male academics.On personalized dimensions,male academics' s scores are higher than female academics.4.The relationship between subjective well-being and job burnout of female teachers of rural primary school in ethnic minority areas.(1)The subjective well-being of female teachers of rural primary school in ethnic minority areas had a significantly negative correlation with job burnout.The subjective well-being has a dramatic prediction to job burnout.(2)Apart from the subjective well-being of the subordinate negative emotion positively correlated with job burnout and other dimensions,the rest of the dimensions have a significant correlation with job burnout.(3)Self-reported happiness significantly predict subordinate emotional exhaustion of job burnout and dimension of low sense of achievement from the opposite side;life satisfaction and positive emotions predict the total points of job burnout reversely.negative emotions significantly predict the total points of predict burnout from the positive side.At last,according to study results,the author put forward to the views of decreasing the level of job burnout and improving subjective happiness.First,we should correctly treat happiness and “pain”to achieve happiness while in pain;we should pay a close attention to self spiritual growth and moments of life to realize self-salvation and develop the habit of being happy.Second,Business marriage and life satisfaction.Correctly dealing with family conflicts between husband and wife,between parents and children,the establishment of harmonious relations of family support.The last but not least,enhance the ability of education,gain the work happiness.
