Microteaching all kinds of normal colleges, college of education in ourcountry gradually promotion, and gradually become one of the main form of normalcollege students teaching skills training. For a long time, colleges and universitiessports education professional teaching is almost grasp of sport is given priority to,attaches great importance to the professional professor action techniques, skills, andignore the teaching basic skills training and cultivating students, he is the student’sprofessional and technical skills to master the characteristics of good, but in the actualapplication ability is poor, knowledge is narrow, teaching ability is poor. How todesign a students in mastering the public under the premise of the basic technical skillsof aerobics, and better able to grasp his mode of basic teaching skills, this is animportant topic worthy of study.On the basis of reading a lot of documents and materials, in aerobics teaching practicesummary, especially through part of the use of the micro-standard teaching in thepopular calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities as well as to the research ofthe theory of microteaching, in my research for using microteaching research lay thefoundation. In this paper the application of microteaching in aerobics teaching researchto improve the actual effect of aerobics teaching, based on the theoretical foundation ofthe micro-standard teaching, on the basis of the actual classroom teaching, combiningwith advanced multimedia means, and carry out experimental research according to thespecific.
