The rapid development of today’s society and economy, more competitive,social, academic, family, emotional, employment and other aspects of pressure makes thecontemporary college students with greater psychological burden than ever. Today ourcollege physique general decline in physical missing more affected mental health of thisgroup. Connecting link between the university campus and the young students were betweenthe real social life, ideas, where they formed the psychological conditions which will directlyaffect their lifestyle and after entering the social ideology. Mental health problems havebecome increasingly highlight the student population, and how to improve physical fitness,while college students psychological pressure can be more effective mental health counselingto improve the quality of university students has become more and more insight concerns thecontent.Sport while improving mental health can improve health quality. On college campuses toimprove physical fitness through sports, college students ease the psychological pressure,has been accepted by more and more people. Through participation in sports can improveconfidence in the process so that students in physical exercise, reducing learned helplessness,increased interpersonal exchanges, enhance the capacity to face setbacks and so on.Bodybuilding as a sport has entered today’s college campuses, public colleges anduniversities have become established in a required physical education courses, the sport iseasy to expand the student population, the health of college students as well as to improve itsalso affect mental health interventions in recent years gradually been affirmed. The purposeof bodybuilding sport lies in good health on the basis of male physical fitness, giving rise to abeautiful female lines, elegant. The sport during a workout using a variety of resistancetraining have lower body fat, increase the basal metabolism and lean body mass, enhancingthe respiratory system, digestive system and cardiovascular system function and so on.Aerobics is a sport with such purpose and workout features, so you can make the collegestudents participating in the sport in the process to fully appreciate the communication between body and soul, in order to play at the same time improve the physical quality of thepositive psychological impact.This paper uses SCL-90symptom checklist90non sports majors of30never had contactwithaerobics and aerobics training for a period of3months two evaluation, comparisonbefore and after the training results from the difference of measurement data, thespecific psychological factoraccording to the characteristics of the sport of bodybuildingexercise on psychological analysis the quality of College students, for the use of aerobics toprovide more data and analysis results to improve the psychological quality of College udents.
