In recent years, more and more university students cultivate good psychological quality by society, pay attention to the competent department of the government, schools, parents and students. The research related to the mental health education of college students has been published. Shaping the mental health of college students, improving the overall quality, optimizing the personality quality, promoting the healthy development of talent, is the objective requirement of socialist market economy and the new era.The main content of this paper includes three aspects:the one piont is the demonstration of contemporary university students’psychological health status survey; the second point is the analysis and discussion of psychological quality of college students; the third point is the psychological health education program.Firstly, according to the related research, the self-made questionnaire of College Students’mental health survey questionnaire, the sample is1000, the investigation object is the Shandong University science, medicine, paper, four categories, one or two undergraduate students in grade4, three or four. In2012November2were receiving, questionnaire mainly through the school library and classroom. Finally using SP analysis software, processing and analysis of questionnaire results.Secondly, through investigation and analysis of the psychological quality, summed up the characteristics of contemporary college students psychological quality overall, and analysis the influencing factors of psychological quality:gender, age, academic, professional, and the relationship between psychological quality.Thirdly, in the psychological health education of college students in the lifting scheme, puts forward strategies and methods from two aspects of theory and practice. The theory is mainly through the system of curriculum teaching and extracurricular learning guidance, actual forward group training method and training mode of Morita therapy. The purpose is to combine theory with practice and improve the students’ psychological health.
