Probability and people’s daily life and social work are closely related, life hasbeen ahead of mathematics curriculum put probability in front of students. Probabilitylearning can help students better understand the real world and clarify some misguidedintuition. Learning probability in the form of mathematics activity, which can cultivatestudents inquiry and reasoningability.This study used literature method, investigation method. General research thoughtis the integration of mathematics, education, psychology and other related researchresults, then analysis the present middle school probability teaching. Based on thework above, I find that students could not find a good understanding of probability andthe crux of the problem lies in the cognitive process of incomplete. Our research is tosolve this problem.This paper is divided into5parts. The first part is the introduction, mainlyintroduced the topic background and the present middle school probability teaching.The second part is the research summary. It aims at the research on studentactivity experience and the present middle school probability teaching. Its purpose is toprovide a theoretical support for the study, at the same time also lay the foundation forthe follow-up study. The third part is a brief overview of the middle school probability teaching. Firstly,I introduce the content of middle school probability teaching from the curriculumstandards, the requirements of materials and the senior high school entranceexamination requirements respectively. Secondly, I introduce the significance ofmiddle school probability teachingThe fourth part is the research method. I introduce the research ideas and theresearch objects are the grade eight students and teachers from two middle schoolswhich are above average in Chengdu.I use student questionnaire and teacherquestionnaire as tools to survey problems lie in middle school probability teachingbased on students’ mathematics activity experience. And I take the form of interview asan auxiliary tool to clear the problems in the questionnaires. In the implementation ofthe investigation, I invigilate strictly and witness the whole process, to ensure theinvestigation is true and effective. Finally, I process the data.The fifth part is the analysis of the investigation based on students’ level andteachers level. I use charts which is visual to analyze the data in the questionnaires.The sixth part is the reflection on the research. Firstly, I give the researchconclusionand Enlightenment, and also give the teachers three suggestiononprobability teaching. To be more exactly, Based on the curriculum, study materials,strengthening professional learning. Pay attention to activity, training experience, revealthe essence of teaching. Pay attention to students, focus on development, improving theevaluation system. Then based on the middle school students’ mathematics activityexperience, I take my teaching design of probability as a model, which is the first classof Is the game fair.
