’Guidance learning plan’is a model of instruction, which is produced to adapt to the needs of the reform in education. It grasps the essence of the reform in education. It gives play not only to teachers but also to students. It promotes the all-around development of students.The paper consists of five chapters. Chaperl is the introductory chapter to introduce the backgrounds, concepts, the current study at home and aboard, research significance, research methods of this model of instruction--Guidance learning plan. Chapter2discourses the significance of guidance learning plan applied in political teaching, which play active role in teaching methods in the classroom, teaching validity, students’ ability to study on their own and suspect in the discussion, teachers’ educational-technology competence and teacher-student relationship. Chapter3discusses the research on design of study-plan in Guidance learning plan ’model of instruction. The research is focused on the design principles and the structure of guidance learning plan. It follows the rules of entity, opening and globalize to design. The guidance learning plan mainly consists of seven parts--the title of course, learning target, preview thinking, questioning, classroom testing, mind map and learning expanding, which guides students’learning in the overall process. Chapter4discusses the application practice of Guidance learning plan model of instruction, which is classified three parts, guiding learning before class, learning together in the classroom, promoting after class. The important exposition of chapter4deals with the practice of guidance learning plan model of instruction in the classroom, which is classified into4procedures—’diversified forms of classroom induct’,’Student-student interaction in cooperative research’,’teacher guide students and explore with students’and’Testing in the classroom and diversified forms of evaluation’to play an active role in Guidance learning. Chapter4is concerned with the questions and feedback in the application practice of Guidance learning plan model of instruction, which mainly deals with no guarantee of students’ learning effects of Autonomous Learning, further improvement of unifying teaching individualization and teaching criterion and lack of thinking in designing preview questions in guidance learning plan.
