Case teaching method is a kind of teaching method that teachers and students participate in together.Its application in senior high school ideological and political course plays a decisive role in carrying out the curriculum reform of basic education,and it is the joint point between the ideological and political discipline and the new curriculum reform.In this article,through analysis of case teaching in the recent ten years in the field of education research results,combined with their own education practice experience,in order to improve the teaching effect of the high school thought political lesson as a starting point,combined theory with practice,analyze the present situation of the application of case teaching in high school political lesson to explore the existing problems and causes,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The article is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the relevant concepts of case teaching method from the perspective of theory,defines the meaning of case teaching method,case teaching method and case teaching method of senior high school ideological and political lesson,and analyzes the characteristics and value of case teaching method of senior high school ideological and political lesson.The second part is composed of three parts,using questionnaire survey and interview to prove the viewpoints.According to the survey results,the current situation of using this teaching method in ideological and political teaching in senior high school is analyzed.Under the promotion of the new curriculum reform,the application of case teaching method in high school political lesson has achieved great results.According to the comprehensive analysis of interviews and investigation results and internship experience,there are still many problems in the application of case teaching method in high school political lesson.Then from the case itself,teachers and students these three elements to analyze the case teaching method in high school ideological and political lesson problems.Third part in view of the application in the high school thought political lesson case teaching existence question reason,trying to set up perfect teaching cases from the repository,the teachers playing a leading role in case teaching,and improve students'participation consciousness and ability of the case teaching in three aspects put forward concrete improvement measures,so as to promote the use of this method in the high school political lesson.The study of case teaching method will undoubtedly promote the teaching of high school ideological and political course,so as to achieve the realization of the teaching objectives of high school ideological and political course,train students into the high quality talents needed by the society6and train them into qualified successors of socialism.
