Logistics Service Research Of Boarding School

Logistical service is an important job of the school,which is the backing ofthe implementation of the Party’s education policy and t"raining of SiY"oucitizens;Logistical work is to serve,to serve the school education and the teachersand students’ lives.Good service is the core mission and basic duties of schoolligistical work.Besides，logistical work is the basis for the survival anddevelopment of the school.School logistical work should be improved inmanagement and the standardization of practice.Its work must be open andtransparent and to highlight the public welfare.In this essay,the research objectiveschool includes the three boarding schools in H District.In the research,the writeradopts questionaire research,stastistical analysis,survey research and so on tostudy the present situation of the boarding schools in the more economicallydeveloped areas.Based on the analysis of a series of existing problems in theseschools,some effective coping strategies are put forward to guide how to improvethe service of logistical work of the boarding schools in H District and promot theharmony of the schools.The thesis is divided into ifve sections to explore:The first is an introduction to explain the research background and theresearch questions of the paper and to clarify the purpose and significance of thestudy.The chapter also analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreignboarding schools’ logistical service，deifnes the concept of correlation anddetermines the research methods.Secondly I explain the design of the survey methods and ideas,and tests thevalidity and reliability of the questionnaires,which proves that the validity andreliability of the questionnaires are good.The third chapter analyzes the data ofthe questionnaires by using SPSS.The result shows the satisfication andcomprehensive evaluation of the boarding school students on school logisticalservices.Meanwhile,satisfacion of students rfom different schools and differentgenders is analyzed in this chapter. Third, I summarize the main problems existing in boarding school logisticalservices.lt deeply explores the inadequate logistical living facilities,manyproblems in catering services,logistical misallocation of human resource andlatent security problems among boarding students.The last chapter proposes countermeatures and methods according to theexisting problems of logistical services in boarding schools-Capital injection shouldbe strengthened;Logistical investment should be increased;Living facilities andstaiffng should be improved;The building of logistical teams should bestrengthened;The overall quality should be improved;The management of logisticalservices should be enhanced;The supervision should be stressed;Logisticalsocialization shoud be promoted gradually.
