In the context of educational reform, it has been a consensus among people that we should meet students’ reasonable "educational needs" and form their inner experience. But unfortunately, many people ignore educative, the special nature of students’ experience, resulting that some studies don’t show their charm, and make the study of students’ experience less profound. In view of this, this paper mainly focuses on the students’ "educative" experience.Students’ educative experience refers to the students’ positive feeling that arises from the fulfillment of students’ reasonable educational needs in the schooling situation. In essence, educative experience is the combination of educational affection and educational wisdom, which contains the truth, goodness and beauty. As far as the character is concerned, there are at least five characteristics of educative experience, which are normative, dynamic, subsistent, attributive and non-continuous. In terms of type, educational experience can be divided into three dimensions, the content, the subject and the time, which are divided into two dimensions:wisdom experience and feeling experience, common experience and personal experience, expectation experience and memory experience. In terms of value, educative experience has the value of two aspects of purpose and tool, both in the development of the students and in the improvement of the schooling. In terms of the generative mechanism, in essence, it can be transformed into the analysis of the mechanism the fulfillment of students’ needs. In terms of mechanism, it is formed by the interaction of external educational influence and internal students’ mentality.According to the formation mechanism of students’ educative experience, the leading cause for the anti-educative experience lies in the misunderstanding of teachers and students. It may be teacher’s mistaken views to students’ needs, and it may also be students’ improper judgment to the function of education. And it is the misunderstanding that makes students’ needs unable to meet and the alienation of educative experience.Based on schooling, it is only meeting two aspects of the conditions that the students’ educative experience can be realized. On the one hand, under the premise of understanding the students’ needs, teachers should make effective education plan and carry out rational educational behavior, and then form a positive educational function. On the other hand, in order to improve students’ awareness and ability to meet their needs independently, teachers need to develop students’ autonomy.
