In order to unlock the secret, I specially made for a period of time of thegame, finally found the secret. If the incentiveof the game into their learning, while students in the learning achievement, life, even if it is asmall achievement are given appropriate incentives, the students will learn more and morelove to learn? This led to encourage education research interest in their urban middle schoolstudents with learning difficulties.The first part of this research through actual observation: long time of urban junior highschool students with learning difficulties; according to the characteristics of students withlearning difficulties are encouraging education, on the poor play, potential of growth anddevelopment of excitation, individual learning motivation has.The second part: through the questionnaire survey, found that the teachers in the process of students motivation education in schools such as the lack of incentive education ofstudents with learning difficulties, teachers have atmosphere of encouraging education lack ofknowledge, the method of encouragement education are too simple, in encouraging educationis lack of specific and timely issues, and further on the the reasons of problems, from theteaching evaluation standards of teachers towards the lag etc students attitude, teachersmodern education quality analysis.The third part: according to the principle of an antidote against the disease, themotivation of teachers education problems existing in the process of the students, putsforward some countermeasures to solve the. First, the teachers are required to establishcorresponding education idea; secondly, from teachers to improve their comprehensivequality from; and then from the method of specific methods of students take effectiveincentive education.
