A SWOT Study On The Community Social Work Project Management

With the development of Chinese economy and the advancement of the urbanization,some social problems and social contradiction start to expose themselves, which hinders the homony and stability of Chinese society. To solve these problems,social work has been developing rapidly in China. Many kinds of social service and public welfare projects are playing more and more important roles in all aspects of civil life,but at the same time there still exist many urgent problems in the management progress of these service items.At the present stage most of the social service are run in the form of projects. The research subject of this thesis is social work project management. And through the study of F Community and its social work project management I hope this paper can provide beneficial reference for Chinese social work management and the sustainable development of project management.This thesis is separated into two parts to analyze the problems faced by Chinese social work project management. The first part is the introduction which focuses on the research background and significance,the research aim and methods of this thesis.This part also introduces the relevant theoretical basis in order to pave the way for the following discussion.The second part of the thesis introduces the content of F Community’s social work project at the first beginning, then through analyzing the content summs up the problems and causes in the process of project management. In the end, this thesis comes up with the countermeasure according to China’s reality in order to improve the quality and level of project management in China.
