Human-oriented theory is the core of scientific concept of development, and it hasbeen highlighted by the CPC Central Committee since the Sixteenth Congress of the CPCCentral. Currently, scientific management is greatly advocated, thus education should keeppace with the times. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt human-oriented educationalmanagement theory in the field of class management, which is not only the trend of timesand also inevitable choice of education development.Secondary vocational school differs from senior high school in school-running ideasand subject setting. Students from secondary vocational school are inferior to those fromsenior high school in study performance and behavior competence. The traditional classmanagement theories and methods have fallen behind the present situation. The mainproblems are neglecting students’ personalities and lack of humanism. Therefore, it isnecessary and urgent to adopt human-oriented class management theory.As the basic organization of teaching, the quality and efficiency of class managementplays an important role in education development. This essay first elaborates the conceptsof class management, and then reviews related theories about human-oriented classmanagement. Also, the author presents her understandings of human-oriented educationtheories including treating every student equally, respecting students’ different personalities,and promoting students’ all-round development. Then, the author states the current statusand problems of class management in secondary vocational school. After that, the authoranalyzes the reasons for those problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions, someof these suggestions are unique and innovative.
