PurposeUnderstand the physical and mental health of college students in Kunming, the prevention of the development of physical and mental health of university management personnel and other relevant departments, the new model intervention to provide evidence.MethodStratified random sampling method, the three universities in Yunnan Province in1761college students to investigate. Generally self-designed questionnaire and survey the target population in quantitative and qualitative group of small-scale, carefully selected sample individuals. Descriptive analysis,x2test and Logistic regression analysis, analysis and comparison of physical and mental health of college students characteristics and influencing factors.Result1. College studies showed that the incidence of physical and mental health50.6percent of college students sometimes/often can not concentrate on their studies, the highest incidence; Secondly,44%of the students sometimes/often had bumps, there is again43.7percent of college students sometimes/often have physical discomfort and other symptoms. Finally, there is a large proportion of health status quo is:43.5percent of college students sometimes/often had a psychological anxiety and other symptoms; Medicine Normal University and college students can not concentrate on learning occurs accounted for more than10%; Normal University Students often bruising, often had physical discomfort and other symptoms, had the highest incidence of psychological symptoms such as anxiety, accounting for10.5%, 13.4%,11.2%.2. College students on the part of infectious disease prevention knowledge and mental cognition and learning willingness case study results showed that75.1%of the students were understanding of all kinds of diseases and mental illness prevention and treatment of anxiety,89.3percent of college students willing to learn all kinds of infectious diseases prevention and treatment of mental illness and anxiety.24.9%of college students do not understand the various types of diseases and mental illness prevention and treatment of anxiety,10.7percent of college students do not want to learn all kinds of infectious disease prevention knowledge and mental anxiety disorders. Three university students from different institutions in various types of cognitive diseases, anxiety and other mental illness, willingness to learn aspects of the situation there is statistically significant. In AIDS, the medical class of students to understand more, the higher the proportion of total willingness to learn, accounting for90.5%, respectively,95.7%; in hepatitis, the Comprehensive understanding of the accounting for the proportion of students more, accounting for80%, but the willingness to learn accounting the proportion of low, accounting for82.1%; in tuberculosis, the Normal students understand the worst, accounting for59.7%of medical students’ willingness to learn highest category, accounting for96.4percent, the worst comprehensive student willingness to learn, accounting for81%; in anxiety aspects of mental illness, integrated class students learn best, accounting for82.6%, but willing to learn the worst, accounting for83.8%; the best wishes of Medicine students, accounting for92.1%.3.The prevention of mental health problems college measures taken results showed thatIn the regular care of their health problems, the students of the Normal University best attention, accounting for61.8%, followed by students’ comprehensive colleges, accounting for41.6%Medical colleges student attention worst, accounting for only8.3%. The students asked the general health situation recourse results showAll kinds of students in medical colleges and health problems encountered up to help friends and classmates. Higher incidence of mental health problems college influencing factors-Multivariate analysis showed thatThere have been symptoms of anxiety and other psychological problems are learning and interpersonal problems strongest; had psychological symptoms such as anxiety as to whether the occurrence of interpersonal communication problem strongest; been threatened on whether the strongest love problems. ConclusionThe presence of college students in different levels of physical and mental health problems that affect the college’s physical fitness; study results also showed that college students encounter friends and classmates are preferred recourse physical and psychological problems, academic and employment is a college major source of psychological stress, poor families are part of the college students to increase the psychological burden of one of the problems; infectious diseases, mental anxiety and disease prevention knowledge and willingness to learn cognitive conditions and the students themselves insufficient measures to prevent physical and mental health incidents, the need to strengthen guidance; Therefore, mental health promotion and popularization of knowledge is good core of mental health prevention.
