Without the help of Physical educationteachers,students can’t form good habit of exercise.Middle school teachers is an importantpart of school sports, the quality of teachers directly affect the quality of physicaleducation, which influence the physical behavior of students.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematicalstatistics and comprehensive analysis,The author made a comprehensive, in-depth, detailedinvestigation and analysis about the current Wujiang city junior high school physicaleducation teacher’s basic situation, work and ideological and political status and other coreissues.The research results show that:1, the overall structure of middle school PE teachersin Wujiang city is basically rational, but the sex ratio of PE teachers is balancephenomenon, female teacher proportion is relatively less; teaching physical educationteacher showed the trend of younger, middle power shortage.2, Wujiang city junior highschool physical education teachers is too concentrated, unreasonable education relatedstructure exists, there are nearly50%sports teachers of Soochow University is a culture,there are more than80%sports teachers from around the city of Suzhou near the collegeteam ", the sports teachers" single structure.3, the number of PE teachers in generalsaturated, but some schools within the distribution is not uniform, and even the shortagephenomenon, part of the school with other subjects in the school and teacher to PE lessonor reduced hours per week of physical education, the physical education teaching form, thepart-time teachers is to adopt a "sheep" teaching, as long as the students safety, health isthe second.4, physical education teaching level and quality is satisfied, but still need to further improve the.
