Lesson planning is the source of teaching, it hides all the secrets to improve the quality of teaching. Improve teaching efficiency, reduce the burden of teachers and students, improve teachers’ professional development, and resolve the conflicts in the new courses--all these need to go back to this origin,"Lesson planning". That is, it led the sniper, move the whole body.However, the actual lesson planning in primary schools over the years has been the existence of this or that problem, these problems can not get enough attention and solution.To a large extent influence the effect of classroom teaching, the quality of teaching and learning efficiency.The new curriculum reform puts forward the new teaching idea and methods,and thus proposes new requirements for preparing.However, many teachers have some new teaching idea but don’t know how to prepare lessons.Therefore, how to achieve the effective lesson planning and improve the quality of lesson planning need to be resolved. The Specific research process is as follows: a primary school in sheathed as the research object, and Field research.Through the investigation of the current school preparing situation,we made a comprehensive analysis and review.This investigation include lesson preparation individual and lesson preparation collective two angles,and in the investigation we mainly utilized interviews and observe two methods. In the last part of the summary, we analyzer on the problems of the school in preparing lessons and the achievements of the school in preparing lessons. The actual analysis of specific problems of the school language teachers preparing lessons, and proposed practical improvement strategies, and hoped to help teachers solve the problems of lesson planning in order to improve the quality of teaching.This article consists of four parts of lesson preparation literature review,Analysis of the present situation of elementary school language teachers preparing lessons,Factors affecting primary school language teachers preparing lessons and strategies used to improve the quality of primary school language teachers preparing lessons.
