As a high light of the Eighth Curriculum Reform, curriculumstandards interpreted a new education ideal and provide a quality standardfor essential-qualities-oriented schooling.Curriculum Standards,moreover,is a foundation for classroom instruction and assessment.Under the NewCurriculum Reform,history classroom teaching assessment,which is anindispensable step of classroom instruction,must based on the historycurriculum standards too.However, the policy text can’t ensure itspractice in assessment and instruction. As standards-based classroomteaching assessment is a broad research filed,the research focus upondeveloping teacher’s standards-based assessment ideas andabilities,which is importance in standards-based classroom teachingassessment form practical assessment perspective.The paper will putforwards a assessment design for fist-line teachers understand how to applicate standards-based classroom teaching assessment,and provides aself-designed self assessment checklist for history teacher.The authorhopes that the paper will provide help for the middle school historyteachers,and improve the quality of classroom instruction.This paper includes the following three sections:In the first section, based on the background information of thisresearch and the available literatures,the significance and purpose of thisstudy are discussed.The second part is the main text,of which is composed by fourchapter:Chapter one firstly analyzed the achievement and disadvantagesof the current history classroom teaching assessment.secondly,the reasonof this problems are analyzed too.Chapter two focus on the reason whyclassroom teaching assessment should based on the curriculum standardsunder the New Curriculum Reform,and the characteristics of stands-basedhistory classroom teaching assessment.Chapter three is the study aboutthe design and the method in the implementation of the stands-basedhistory classroom teaching assessment. This chapter is the main part ofthis study. Under the new ideas’guidance,combined with classroomassessment in the specific circumstances, the author put forwards a designplan and a checklist about stands-based history classroom teachingassessment.On the basis of the above chapters,chapter four mainly makessome revelations and recommendations for the implementation of the stands-based history classroom teaching assessment.The third part is the conclusion of that evaluation,that is, byanalyzing the above parts for stands-based history classroom teachingassessment, drew the conclusion and the expectations of this study.
