Sports exercise can improve the process of targeted training, enhance, and even physical function at the same time realize the rehabilitation training of mental health,by means of physical exercises. This training will be physiology as theoretical basis, by arranging for appropriate exercise content, exercise intensity, exercise frequency and time control, to enhanced physique, promote physical and mental development.Study uses the interview method and the method of psychological measurement, the Dongsheng’s national fitness activities center of the fitness mental health questionnaire, psychological measurement was carried out on the203subjects, some random stratified sampling21interview subjects, so as to study different factors under the background of the relationship between physical exercise and mental health.Results show that:1.Different gender fitness center membership significant gender differences in mental health;2. The different age stages of fitness center membership significant age differences in mental health, including midlife activists in mind would be significantly better than other age groups, and youth activists on cognitive level was significantly lower than other age groups;3. Different kinds of sports on the psychological health level exists significant difference;4.The different movement time exist significant differences in mental health level;5.Different frequency exist significant differences in mental health level.So by discussing different demography variables of fitness center membership of the mental health level of relationship can provide the establishment of citing targeted.
