With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the content and objectives of junior secondary science classes have been greatly changed. The teaching of new curriculum requires teachers can no longer use the traditional mode of teaching, which means teachers are in the charge while the students are firmly controlled in class. Procedures down in class are generally routines with little time for students to use their brains to think. This has led to the poor ability of the students’independent research, and hands-on ability to unpleasantness. Therefore, we began to seek new paths to improve our teaching methods and implement new teaching ideas into actual teaching, so as to achieve the purpose of improving classroom efficiency.This paper describes the research background and significance of the effective teaching of junior secondary science. It also defines the concept of the theoretical basis of effective teaching, and one of the most important content is effective teaching strategies. For the aspect of effective teaching strategies, I studied four aspects, namely, how to really play the dominant position of students, how to play the management status of teachers, how to develop students’ sense of accomplishment and how to do home-school co-operation work. Through my ten years’ teaching practice and the long investigation on students, I found that the improvement of the efficiency of the classroom for teachers on how to create a classroom situation meets the high demand from the students. Once the class is in a more active classroom atmosphere, there must be a more successful dialogue between teachers and students than before. Therefore, how to create a classroom situation is the one I conducted a focus on, such as through simple language to describe the scene of a spectacular, multi-media to display a beautiful picture, an experiment to attract the students’ attention, etc., and then at a critical moment, I put forwards the questions to stimulate students’ interest in learning, developing their language skills and thinking skills to enable students to experience the joy of success in the classroom, which are the good ways to improve classroom efficiency. Finally, in real life, I also found that the students are also quite concerned about the teachers in dressing as well as teachers’ conversations. I investigated this hypnosis a lot, and finally confirmed my thoughts. Therefore, in this article, I also added how to shape a good image of the teachers to this thesis. All in all, I used several teaching strategies mentioned above to the actual teaching to teach the class, which has received very good effect. Students’learning motivation and academic performance to a certain extent have been greatly improved. In my future teaching career, I would like to keep on learning and try to make a continuous improvement, continue to accept new things, and constantly improve my professional level, and finally to keep up with the times.
