Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of High School Ideology And Politics Teaching

China’s various undertakings have been reformed in the new century, as well as the curriculum reform of education system. In the curriculum reform, there is a significant change in high school ideology and politics teaching. The new requirement was put forward in Classroom Management. As a front-line ideology and politics teacher, I should form new ideas for the Classroom Management.Therefore, the research deeply focuses on ideology and politics teaching through observing live class, talking to teachers and students, filling out questionnaires, and studying papers of class management. Fully focuses on poor management circumstance and old class teaching mode, due to backward management concept,, some teachers attribution bias, deviating from the student demand, bad teaching attitude and ability, plus high school students physiological and psychological. In this case, as a high school politics teacher, we should carry out the classing teaching in living, highlight the charm of political lesson, arouse students" interest in learning political lesson. At the same time, we should also improve ourselves comprehensive ability, optimize the strategy of classroom management, by fully observing the state of classroom management and analyzing the pattern of classroom management. It helps front-line teachers with getting new strategy of class teaching and provides practical materials for building classroom management theory.
