Good ability of oral communication is an important social selection, employing people. Situation of low to high school students oral communication ability is difficult to meet the needs of the increasingly close social interaction, affects the normal social interaction and personal development of students, and restricts the students in the future, so that they missed the development opportunity.High school Chinese teaching outline of teaching contents and requirements of a basic requirement is to cultivate the students’oral communication ability, adapt to the needs of social development. High school students are the future of the motherland construction talents, students’oral communication ability directly affects the future development, so pay attention to cultivate the students’spoken English, let them be familiar with basic skills, good oral communication, to form a good habit of oral communication for students and teachers is of great significance. So based on the importance of oral communication and Tangshan eighth middle school fully recognize the reality of oral communication ability, I try to on the basis of existing research results, from the high school oral communication teaching present situation analysis, combining with the characteristics of oral communication teaching of oral communication for target, training mode, evaluation mechanism, etc to do a literature achievements of theory and practice and aimed at the characteristics of the students in Tangshan eighth middle school and students’professional ability training and the teaching of oral communication, hope to form a practical and effective teaching strategies, to assist in the actual teaching.Oral communication is an important part of high school students learning, students’own development depends more than half from the language communication. In such a complex market economy condition, for high school students can adapt to the development of today’s society, the level of spoken English will be testing the individual indispensable fundamental factors. Students’oral communication level is generally low, not only among students in primary and middle school students, vocational school and even college students own oral communication ability is also one of the important topics of current research, so to adapt to the development of the society, to high school students into society in an all-round way is we need to study the subject. In teaching, teach students to speak is the means, and learn to communication is the destination. Therefore, the core of the oral communication teaching is to teach the students communication. Class, the teacher is a active side of communication, must have the teaching consciousness and ability to communicate, not only can promote students to learn to listen carefully, but also timely dialogue with the students in class, communication. Constantly to let the students learn to strain, inductive analysis, evaluation and so on.Students are the future and hope of the motherland, and shoulder the important task of building the motherland. For high school students have good individual quality is our teacher’s responsibility. Tangshan BaZhong high school oral communication teaching is a new subject, is also a foster in key discipline, continuous innovation, the teachers their spare time on teaching, and has formed its own professional characteristics, according to the different characteristics of students, adopted in the teaching and training of strategy, stimulated the enthusiasm of students and social contact, also to a certain extent, to improve and promote the students’oral communication ability.
