So the education information era hascome.At present, in the junior middle school English oral test, the way isface-to-face test, or the format of a question and a answer, which focuses on theability of students to master knowledge. To strengthen the training of comprehensiveuse of the students’ language ability is proposed in the new curriculum,, the evaluationshould focus on students’ ability. So in this era of rapid development, English is as acommunication tool. Don’t mean that mastering knowledge is to own the ability. Weshould not only pay more attention to the oral English communication ability ofthe students, but also pay attention to the evaluation of the oral communication ability.This study’s aim is the exchange of spoken English test platform based on theanalysis of current deposit, analyzes the information technology application and testmethod, analyzes the problem and its shortage. Through the analysis of the case,it puts forward to a test method of the students’ oral English communicationability, and the design the test process, provides the ability to assess students’oral communication ability, according to the demand of database design, and to builda test system of the junior oral English communication ability.The purpose of this study is to change the traditional test way, students usethe topic situation to test, to reduce tension and fear of the students, let the studentcome into the situation, through the completing tasks, answering the questions, to teststudents’ ability of communication to provide reference and help for the oralEnglish test in junior middle school.
