The Study On The Discourse Power Of Ideological And Political Education Of University Under The Time-background Of The Micro-era

The media master of Communication, McLuhan thought that:" Medium is the basic motive power to social development, that is also the symbol to distinguish the different social formation." The arrival of the Micro-era, promoting the development of social media, the micro-blog as a representative, traditional media monopoly discourse power is broken, which satisfies the public pluralism discourse expression, leading to the arrival of era of "discourse carnival". Participating in the political process, anti-corruption, supervision the public opinion by the micro-blog become the new fashion which the public to pay attention to the social dynamic, participate in social events, lead public opinion, supervise the society. The development of "self-media" which is of people oriented, making the media really become an extension of the "people".In essence, ideological and political education is the social practice activity which uses the discourse reflects persuade,educate and accelerate the progress of educatees, the ideological and political education of discourse is not only the exchange of information, it is also the symbol of status and authority for the use of discourse during the activity of the exchange of information, the ideological and political education discourse power has the core status in the discourse system of ideological and political education. Under the time-background of the Micro-era, the discourse power of ideological and political education of university has new changes, coexistence of opportunity and challenge.First of all, for the body of the ideological and political education of university, the discourse power of educators and college students gets unprecedented release and promote, which provides new opportunities to expand the influence of the discourse power of ideological and political education of university. Second, because the lacking or diluting of the spread of the ideological and political education discourse, the platform to realize discourse power is imperfection and the lack of external guarantee mechanism, which shake the discourse power of educators of ideological and political education of university, while college students is in the absence of correct guidance, leading to the appear of phenomenon which the discourse power is abuse and anomie.Brazil’s famous educator, Paulo Freirehas pointed out that:"If the education is independent of the power, the realistic society, so the school can only become the place of a pile of abstract values and concepts, or the space to perform the skills." Therefore, this article’s analysis and discussion from the following aspects:first, expounding the related theory of the discourse power of ideological and political education of university, and analyzing the relativity between the time-background of the Micro-era and the discourse power of ideological and political education.Second, analyzing and applying the thought of Marxism classical writers about:the language, communication, publicity and education, and the relationship between education and social environment, referencing Michel Foucault’s theory of "power discourse", Gramsci’s "theory of cultural hegemony", Bakhtin’s "theory of dialogue", which as the theoretical basis and theoretical reference for the study on discourse power of ideological and political education of university. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the reason to the existing problems of the discourse power of ideological and political education of university under the time-background of the Micro-era, starting from the realization of the discourse power of ideological and political education’s main body, carrier and external guarantee mechanism as the viewpoint, discussing a number of strategies to promoting the discourse power of ideological and political education to improve the reliability and effectiveness of discourse power of ideological and political education of university under the time-background of the Micro-era.
