With the continuous development of the Internet,the micro-era,represented by micro-blog and WeChat,has come quietly.The new things bred under the background of the micro-era are changing people's lifestyles,especially the contemporary young group of college students,who are easier to accept new things and who have become the dominators of the micro-era.Under the background of the micro-era,people can use their smartphones,tablets,personal computers and other tools to express their wishes,exchange ideas with each other,and realize the freedom of discourse right.Weibo interviews,Weibo public opinion and WeChat donations have become the new trends of the public.The discourse power of ideological and political education is the core of the whole ideological and political education discourse system,It not only embodies the exchange of discourse information,but also embodies the status and rights of speakers in information exchange activities.In the context of the micro-era,the discourse power of ideological and political education in universities has also changed.First of all,the subject of education has undergone changes.The status of the educated has been promoted,which has brought certain influence on the development of discourse power in ideological and political education in universities.Secondly,the characteristics of immediacy,fragmentation,openness and centralization of the micro-era have also presented a certain challenge to the development of the discourse power of ideological and political education in universities.The imperfect construction of the platforms and the lack of regulatory mechanism have affected the discourse power of the ideological and political educators in universities and the shortage in necessary social experience of the educated often leads to abuses of discourse power and lack of media literacy.The dissertation analyzes and discusses mainly from the following aspects: First,it introduces the meaning and characteristics of the micro-era,and the connotation and content composition of discourse rights of ideological and political education in universities.Secondly,the challenges of discourse power of ideological and political education in universities in micro-era are expounded,and the reasons for these challenges are analyzed.Finally,on this basis,using the main participants in the ideological and political education discourse power and external protection mechanisms as carriers,this paper proposes to strengthen the educators' awareness of “micro-concepts”,strengthen the media literacy of the educated,and implement the “perfect education” and the college system in the micro-era context,so as to eliminate the emergence of discourse hegemony and further increase the validity and strength of discourse power in ideological and political education in universities.
