This article systematically reviews the origin and development of “curriculumstandards" and selects "Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards”,points outthe change and progress in the field of curriculum guidelines and implementingmeasures in recent years.According to the definition of the nature of Chinese language courses, the teachingobjectives of different semesters and the requirements to students in writing andreading defined by "Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards” this paper puts touse the perspective and view of children’s education, children’s psychology, pedagogyof primary Chinese language, linguistics and theory of children’s literary, identifyingthe lack of perspective of children’s literature in language curriculum standards in thestage of compulsory education.In written proposal of textbooks the new curriculum expressly provides: The writingof textbooks is supposed to be based upon curriculum standards, arranging anddesigning teaching content comprehensively and orderly. Besides, pay attention toreflect the features of basis and stage, and the join between different semesters. The“curriculum standards” turns out the programmatic document of the writing oftextbooks. Taking the PEP primary school language teaching as an example, thesuccess of writing textbooks is one of the symbol of the rationality of curriculumstandards. By analyzing the PEP primary school language teaching macroscopicallyand microscopically, the author points out the drawback of “curriculum standards”reflected by textbooks.Primary school language teaching materials mainly used by children and teachers, inthis paper, the use of research methods textbook case for the use of children andteachers to investigate, develop a questionnaire for students and teachers of thequestionnaire, through questionnaires, data collection and analysis, to understand theuse of textbooks.
