With the further development of layout adjustment, boarding school has made animportant contribution, to satisfy the needs of rural education reality and realize thebalanced development of compulsory education, at the same time, it also shoulderthe dual responsibility education and life services."Caretaker" in the central andwestern rural boarding school stage plays an increasingly important role and theybecome rural boarding school " life management and dormitories educating people,"the main actors. We can say that rural boarding school caretakers are the inevitableresult of layout adjustment, but also meet a realistic choice of boarding school lifeservices and management needs.The quantity and quality of caretakers in relation with the quality of boardingstudents in the school of life, but also related to rural boarding school educationalfunction. Therefore, it has important social significance and educational value to drawattention to caretakers and discuss about the team. But the current research about ruralboarding school caretakers is only limited to the superficial recommendations andcalled for the state, and no will of rural boarding school as an important teacheroccupation group to look at, caretakers ’ groups living bottleneck faced in practice,the fundamental reason is the lack of realization of professional development, whichis about to explore the issue in this study. Thus, this study is based on socializationtheory,equity theory, hierarchy of needs theory and human resource managementtheory,we try to establish the index system of rural boarding school caretakerprofessional development, and we need to analyze the Current Status Quo ofcaretakers’ group professionalization development systematically on the basis of thesystem, and make every effort to find the key problem, and then try to put forwardfeasible strategies for the professional development of rural boarding schoolcaretakers. of course, it needs national and regional actions and efforts of variousdepartments of the school for the professional development of caretakers, theguarantee of policy and funding support of all levels and departments coordination isthe key to practice professional development system, which is also a process ofcontinuous practice and innovation.for the rural boarding school.
