Purpose: This study aims to conduct FMS functional movement screening for adolescent track and field athletes,and develop targeted corrective intervention training plans based on the screening results,aiming to reduce exercise compensation,improve movement quality,and promote specialized training.Identify potential motor pattern disorders through FMS screening test results,providing reference basis for preventing sports injuries and prolonging sports career;It also facilitates coaches and athletes to adjust their training plans more comprehensively and targeted,effectively improving the competitive level of young track and field athletes.Method: This article mainly uses methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,measurement,experiment,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis to study the FMS scores,intervention methods,and their effects of athletes.After 8 weeks of corrective intervention training,a second FMS screening was conducted to conduct a detailed analysis and comparison of the FMS functional action screening scores,and to objectively evaluate athletes’ physical weaknesses and movement quality.Results:(1)Before the experiment,the average score of young track and field athletes’ FMS screening test was 16.1,with a total score ranging from 12 to 19.The analysis showed that the athletes’ Shoulder joint and hip joints were less flexible,the muscles at the back of the lower leg and the back of the thigh were less flexible,and the stability of the pelvis,core and shoulder belt was weak,leading to poor performance.(2)After 8 weeks of corrective training,the scores of 20 adolescent track and field athletes ranged from 16 to 20,with a total score higher than the pre test data and a significant difference.(P value is 0.000 <0.05);Among them,shoulder flexibility,active straight leg lift,trunk Push-up significantly improved;The post test scores of deep squats,straight lunge squats,and rotational stability did not show significant improvement.(3)After 8 weeks of corrective training,there were significant differences in shoulder flexibility,active straight knee and leg lifting,and trunk stability scores between two adolescent track and field athletes with FMS screening scores below 14 points.The FMS post test scores were above the critical value of 14 points.This corrective training design can effectively improve joint flexibility,overall motion control stability,body balance and coordination,improve weak chain links,and enhance the collaborative ability of the entire muscle group.Conclusion:(1)Failure to pay attention to functional routine training will easily lead to poor coordination and flexibility of joint muscles at the Shoulder joint,hip,knee and lateral ankle joints of young track and field athletes,and the joint stability is insufficient,which needs to be strengthened urgently.At the same time,the stability of the pelvis,core area,and shoulder straps is weak,and the ability to control rotation stability is poor.Therefore,attention should be paid to developing the spinal strength and core stability of young track and field athletes.(2)By integrating FMS functional movement screen into physical training and conducting corrective training for weak links of action quality,we can timely understand the action quality of young track and field athletes and achieve the purpose of preventing Sports injury.(3)Choosing appropriate movements,conducting step-by-step training,and emphasizing soft tissue regeneration training can alleviate muscle tension,enhance neuromuscular coordination and proprioceptive control abilities,and improve joint flexibility,motor control ability,and coordination of young track and field athletes.(4)FMS screening and corrective training are closely related.Choosing appropriate corrective training methods can improve the screening score of FMS,solve the problems of asymmetry,imbalance,and disharmony in the body,reconstruct movement patterns,and reduce exercise risk.
