China was a country of many ethnic minorities. In the process of economicdevelopment, due to the different periods of history and regional differences, whichresulted in the difference of the level of development in the west part of Chinaeconomy, especially in the western area that develops slowly and backwardly. As themain body of the modern market economy, to a certain extent determines thedevelopment of the region. There are certain characteristics in small andmedium-sized enterprises of ethnic minority. Many employees of all ethnic groupswork in these enterprises, and the model of single national had been broken. Underthis unique circumstance, various ethnic employees have formed the interactionmodel in the production and lives in order to achieve the solidarity and unity amongemployees who come from different background or culture.In the minority area of small and medium-sized enterprises, Contact between thevarious ethnic of employees was not only a social phenomenon, but also a process ofacculturation. In this process, contacts and interaction in the work environmentenable employees to achieve a commensal status of social. Combined with thecharacteristics of employees, enterprises in the business of making a profit at thesame time, to promote communication between employees. While according to theparty and state policy in the minority, enterprises should cooperate with relevantgovernment departments to solve the practical difficulties which encountered in thedevelopment.In this paper, taking Xinjiang HongHuaYuan safflower Co. Ltd. Yumin companyas an example, in order to analyze the current situation and national interactivesituations at Enterprises through issuing questionnaires to local Enterprises to collectdata. Combined with enterprise’s cultural situation, with the analysis employees ofvarious ethnic about contacts and relations in different contexts, and provide reference model for other similar Enterprise minority areas.Finally, combined withthe characteristics of enterprises which were surveyed, some countermeasures andsuggestions are made for small and medium-sized enterprises in the development ofethnic areas.The full text was divided into three parts. The first part, Overview of Xinjiangsafflower edge Technology Co. Yumin company’s development process and mainlyfor analyzing the level of education of employees and job setting structure. Thesecond part,analyzing the interactions about major all ethnic groups of employeeswithin small and medium-sized enterprises in the Field Domain of work andenterprise with the local government and the people interactions. The third part,analyzing under the influence of the modern enterprise system, awareness of theiridentity of employees has shifted, and there are also some positive effects on theethnic interaction...
