This paper aims to describe the positive outcome of the domestic implementationof Flipped classroom teaching and case analysis carried out in the pilot stage ofintroduction and practice achieved, so flip classroom teaching this new model canlead to the wider attention, in order to achieve attract more resources to improve anddevelop flipped classroom teaching purposes. Eventually flipped classroom can playits positive role in the country’s education reforms.On the basis of the theoretical and ideological connotations flip teaching wereanalyzed by studying the pyramids on the constructivist theory of learning theory andWestern learning, and resolve to Chinese traditional culture individualized educationalphilosophy, proved Flipped Classroom advanced teaching model, which describesthe flipping of China’s education reform teaching on the value and significance.Studied by a representative of the United States in five typical flip-teachingparadigm.Stones from other hills may serve to polish jade, we’re going to wheat fromthe chaff, inclusive, step by step in promoting the development of flip teaching inour education system.With the theoretical preparation and the help of the leaders,we can go to PanshanHigh School for a practice of the Flipped classroom, were flip-lecture classroompractice. After the end of the practice session, through research, found that the effectof encouraging the practice lecture, whether teachers or students basically reachedthe pre-Let purpose, so that individualized instruction and independent learning hasbeen the practice.From theory to practice, flipped teaching have withstood the test, but in practicethe process, we also found a lot of the real problems facing the country is notbalanced educational resources, the actual situation of the population affected bymany education and so on, how to flip teaching is more suitable for China’s nationalconditions, in order to allow a greater role for flip teaching in our educational reform,we also need more effort to explore.
