| In the18 th on the fifth plenary session of the party to determine the innovationdevelopment idea for primacy five development philosophy,the core of the national development is to give priority to with innovation.Physical education major as a line of sports teachers of primary and secondary schools in the future,and responsibility to cultivate their innovation ability and practice ability is particularly important.This study on innovation ability training perspective ordinary university sports education specialized practice teaching as the research object.Using the literature material law,questionnaire survey,field interviews,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the innovation of sports education professional ability training and practical teaching for this paper.Research mainly includes three parts.the first part expounds the innovation competence of physical education,middle and primary school sports teachers current ability to innovate and the factors affecting the formation of innovation ability training;The second part mainly by some universities in the process of practice teaching to the present situation of the students innovative ability,and cultivate students innovative ability in the practice teaching process analysis of the intluencing factors to make;The third part is through the research conclusion for training students’ innovative ability in the process of practice teaching are proposed.Study the main conclusions are:(1)The research think the innovation ability of students of physical education should include innovative thinking ability and practical ability,innovation thinking ability including general innovation thinking ability and special creative thinking ability.General and innovative thinking ability includes creative thinking,divergent thinking,reverse thinking,open thinking;Special creative thinking mainly includes innovation of teaching methods in physical education teaching needs to have personality,thinking,sports games the plait of inspiration thinking and rich imagination;With the existing training methods in training ways to thinking,divergent thinking,critical thinking and achieves has the ability of suspected truth;In the administrative management needs to be logical thinking,keen observation,analysis of independent thinking and judgment.Innovation practice ability including information collection,processing ability,physical education and sports ability of organization,teaching innovation design ability,theory and practice of combining ability,solid sport ability,research ability,reasonable knowledge structure and professional sportsknowledge reserve,ability to master the tools.(2)Now,in the primary and secondary schools,the innovative ability of physical education teachers generally is weakness.Mainly show in lack of innovation consciousness and creative thinking ability is insufficient,in teaching,training,administration lack of divergent,divergent thinking;Innovation practice ability is weak,insufficient professional knowledge reserves,sports skill ability is higher than the theory knowledge,in the scientific and reasonable knowledge structure and innovation ability request there exists a large gap.(3)The innovative ability of physical education major students in colleges and universities factors including external environment factors,students’ individual quality difference,cultural concepts,ideas and mind-set factors.External environment factors including education system,teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching environment,innovation value,incentive mechanism and innovation environment;Students’ individual quality difference factors include students intelligence,knowledge,students’ quality;Cultural factors including ideology,social and cultural concept,students’ personality;Ideas and mind-set factors include instinct consciousness and inertia.(4)Now,the college practical teaching in training students’ innovation ability still exists some problems.The teaching direction of college and university teachers are the support the development of training students’ innovative ability,but in actual teaching practice is far,the influence factors include the teaching form of "one size fits all",inhibit the development of students’ innovative ability,practice teaching goal and the sports development disconnect unfavorable to the cultivation of innovation ability,practice teaching hardware conditions are not perfect,teaching evaluation is a single fixed,the influence of such factors as lack of innovation. |
