Overweight and obesity is a metabolic disorder syndrome, which is caused by the excessive accumulation of fat in the body, and the body’s energy intake is greater than energy consumption. The number of overweight and obese children is growing continually through years of national testing, although our country has carried out some policies to intervene in recent ten years, the effect is not obvious. In particular, overweight and obesity have already been a serious threat to human health, so the most effective method is to advocate overweight and obese people to lose weight consciously, among this, exercises is the most effective and appropriate way to lose weight.Objective:Through two different sporting type of walking and running on overweight children, the study is to explore the effect of corresponding experimental groups body shape and physical fitness. Meanwhile, compared which weight loss is better after two different movement pattern on the two corresponding groups of male and female, in order to provide a reference for the overweight and obese people on choosing the way to lose weight.Methods:Choosing40overweight students(male=20, female=20) of senior section(11-13) in Red Lake Road primary school, and divided them into two groups of the same proportion of male and female, one is in the form of brisk walking, the other is in jogging manner. Taking eight weeks of training on them, the subject’s heart rate control of exercise load testing group (walking) is130beats/min, and the experimental group (running) is150beats/min. The experimental time is45minutes, including10minutes preparation activities,30minutes formal exercise, and five minutes to relax, All of these are researching the effect on overweight children’s physical fitness and body shape after exercising.Results:(1) Through eight weeks of exercise training, the two of overweight children’s weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio and thigh circumference decreased obviously, but the change of overweight children’s who are To participate in the item of walking weight BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio and thigh circumference is not very clear than other indicators(p>0.05). The group who attend the item of running of overweight children’ s weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio and thigh circumference changed obviously (p<0.05).Crus surrounds did not changed obviously. After eight weeks of exercise training,the percentage of body fat in boys and girls have been a slight decreaseing(p>0.05),The experimental group (run) in the body fat percentage of boys and girls have significant difference before and after exercise(p<0.05).(2) hrough eight weeks training in both groups, two groups of overweight children’s endurance, flexibility quality have been improved obviously (p<0.05), and the two group of girls’s endurance,flexibility than boys’s change significantly. Speed and power is controlled by genetic factors, so the change is not obvious (3) Through eight weeks of exercise training and the comparing data for statistical analysis, the weight, the waist, hip, thigh, calf circumference and waist-hip ratio decline apparently for the experimental group (walking) overweight boys and girls, but it changes little than the experimental group (running); The contrast of body fat percentage changes essentially the same between the two groups; Similarly, the change of the experimental group’s(running) physical fitness is superior to the experimental group (walking) after eight weeks of training.Conclusions:(1) Through eight weeks of exercise training, various physical indicators of overweight children have a good improvement, so the study shows that these two different sports can be a good way to change the overweight body function and improve their health.(2) Of the same sex who are overweight by training the different sports, the overweight body shape, physical fitness will be improved in a different degree; Through the same kind of exercise training for different gender overweight children, the body shape and quality of the overweight boy and girl change significantly different. Thus, exercise for weight loss has a certain relationship with gender and exercise pattern, different gender of overweight children through various forms of exercise, the body shape and physical qualities can present a different change.(3) Through eight weeks of exercise training of the two grounps, jogging for lose weight, reduce fat and improve physical fitness of the overweight isbetter than taking the sport of walking. According to the characteristics of physical and mental development of children, it is helpful for the children to take a generally10-15minutes moderate-intensity training, at the same time, it is recommended to take a combination of brisk walking and jogging during weight loss process for overweight children.
