Gratitude is a moral quality of people and it is the fine traditional virtues of theChinese nation and also an important part of human moral. Influenced by variousfactors, at present, there are phenomena that middle school students being lack ofgratitude consciousness and not understanding the gratitude after getting the favors ofothers. This thesis designs education-experiments-to-be and use self-assessment scaleof gratitude to do pre-test and post-test to measure each statistical analysis of middleschool students’ gratitude cognition, emotion, meaning and behavior. The results ofthe post-test shows that penetrated gratitude education in high school ideological andpolitical class teaching can effectively improve students’ tendency of perception ofcognition, emotion, meaning and behavior. Analysis of the feasibility of penetratedgratitude education in high school ideological and political class teaching andthinking of the strategies of penetrated gratitude education in high school ideologicaland political class teaching guide students to learn to be, learn to do things, learn tosacrifice, learn to be grateful for people around, learn to use heart of gratitude to treatstudy, life and society thus improving students’ mental state and life quality so as torealize the ultimate goal of education for middle school ideological education, namely,to promote students’ comprehensive quality improvement.
